They have the best soup I've ever had besides my mom's cooking. They also have BBQ pork nachos that are really good and I don't even like BBQ pulled pork. There soups change but they do come back around. My daughter loves the African Peanut Soup. And I'm trying the Carrot Ginger today. They have other things too like sandwiches and drinks. It's totally worth the money and the trip. I'm so greatful they are still open after all these years. I've been enjoying there soups since I was 17.
This is an amazing food stand and is our go-to apres ski stop. The staff is really nice! They have at least 10 soups daily. About half are always there (Classics like N.E. clam chowder), plus a rotation. There is a great mix of meat and veggie options. Everything is grab and go with the soups in a hot coffee style cup. The hot dogs and nachos are great plain, but the chili or pulled pork toppers are fantastic. They have fun swag & some cool local products like hot sauce & pickles too. We're regulars and have been satisfied every time. Definitely worth the stop!
My wife and I went on a mini road trip today and stopped to buy some soup. I had the clam chowder. It was so good. The gentleman working was very nice. And we bought some more ckam chowder and peanut soup to take home. We'll worth the road trip today. Thank you.
This spot is a hidden gem that never disappoints and always hits the spot. Can’t recommend it enough, literally every soup is to die for, the food is also terrific. Please please please open shop @Killington
A very good stop during our US roadtrip to Hartford along the I91. We ordered the chicken burrito and pulled pork BBQ. Big portion and refreshing. In the Burrito, I like that they put nacho to have that crunchy bite! The pulled pork BBQ came with a bag of chips! There are 2 picnic table but no shade in a hot day. There is a chemical toilet so good very pit stop!
Stopped by for a bowl of soup and a hot dog and my world was forever changed. Sara and her soups are out of this world! 10/10 would recommend as an after skiing treat.
This little shack has huge flavor! If you like creamy tomato, have the African Peanut soup, comes with a fresh baguette slice, you will not be disappointed! Craziest thing - it comes in a cup so you can drive off into the sunset, soup sipping and smiling. Nachos are out of this world (need to find out what they are putting in there). Whether it's a sunny day at the picnic table or lunch on the go, grab a "bowl". You won't regret it!
Drove by this place for years finally stopped and had some chili. Fantastic is all I can say. Highly recommend
